Terms and Conditions for ProductHubPro Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to ProductHubPro’s affiliate program (“Affiliate Program”). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“Affiliate,” “You”) and ProductHubPro (“Company,” “We,” “Us”).
2. Definitions
“Affiliate”: An individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program by promoting ProductHubPro’s products or services in exchange for commissions.
“Commission”: The monetary compensation earned by the Affiliate for successful referrals.
“Referral”: A user who makes a purchase on ProductHubPro’s website using the Affiliate’s unique referral link or code.
“Affiliate Dashboard”: The online platform where Affiliates can track their referrals, commissions, and performance metrics.
3. Affiliate Program
3.1 Eligibility: To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, active account with ProductHubPro. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to join the program at our sole discretion.
3.2 Joining the Program: To join the Affiliate Program, complete the online application on our website. Once approved, you will receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard.
3.3 Promotional Materials: As an Affiliate, you may have access to banners, links, and other marketing materials to promote ProductHubPro’s products and services.
4. Commission and Payments
4.1 Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission based on the number of successful referrals made through their unique referral link or code.
4.2 Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold, as specified on the Affiliate Dashboard. Payments will be made via the preferred payment method chosen by the Affiliate during registration.
4.3 Tracking and Attribution: ProductHubPro will use reasonable efforts to track referrals made through Affiliate links. However, the Affiliate acknowledges that tracking may not be 100% accurate and agrees not to hold ProductHubPro liable for any discrepancies.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Trademarks and Copyrights: ProductHubPro retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for promoting ProductHubPro’s products as part of the Affiliate Program.
5.2 Unauthorized Use: Affiliates may not use ProductHubPro’s intellectual property in any manner that may cause confusion, misrepresentation, or damage to our brand.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1 Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must engage in ethical and honest marketing practices when promoting ProductHubPro. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, false advertising, and misleading claims.
6.2 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Affiliate Program.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1 ProductHubPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program or this Agreement.
7.2 ProductHubPro makes no warranties or representations regarding the potential income or success of Affiliates through the Affiliate Program.

9. Modification of Terms
ProductHubPro reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Affiliates via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by notifying ProductHubPro in writing.
10.2 Termination by ProductHubPro: ProductHubPro may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program for violation of this Agreement or other reasons deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
